I am quite sure that a lot of you are already familiar with this French furniture company, known for the handcrafted reproduction of classic European furniture pieces.
The company Moissonnier was founded in 1885 by Emile Moissonnier who started his workshop in Bourg-en-Bresse.
He was the first in a line of inventive furniture-makers that until today continue to make exquisite furniture pieces according to time-honoured techniques and traditions.
Since 2010, Moissonnier has been labelled as “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (Living Heritage Company). This distinction, assigned by the French Ministry for the Economy and Industry, recognizes and supports companies with a history and heritage, sometimes centuries old, as well as the capacity for innovation and rare know how which have helped establish their reputation in the French entrepreneurial industry.
Next to its showroom in Paris, Moissonnier has showrooms and distributors around the world and counts a lot of top designers among its clientele. The Moissonnier furniture pieces are seen in the most beautiful interiors and chic hotels.

I was very pleased and honoured to hear that the Moissonnier team liked to include some pictures of Lefèvre Interiors‘ projects on their website page ‘Beautiful Escapes’, where furniture pieces from the Moissonnier collection are shown.
A huge thank you to the team of Moissonnier for including us!
Next to the pictures of our projects here above, I like to share with you today some pictures of gorgeous furniture pieces from the Moissonnier collection.
Interesting to know is that the Moissonnier workshop accepts all your custom orders and can resize a piece from their collection to create your unique and bespoke piece of furniture.
