Dear readers,

I finally managed to get our home ready for the festive holiday season and as every year I wanted to share with you a few pictures of our Christmas home decor. Maybe I might bring you some last minute inspiration to style your home for Christmas.

I do hope you will enjoy.

As you may have noticed, looking at pictures of previous years’ Christmas decorations at our home, I do not like over the top decorated homes. I always try to add some small decorative touches in every room.

Starting with the decor in our orangery.

Mantle decorated with only candles and cones.

A set of candle holders on the coffee table.

Simple touches…

This year’s Christmas tree is put up in our orangery.

Decorative touches in our kitchen.

Hurricane candle holders are always a good idea.

Tangerines adding a bright colour pop.

Some more kitchen decoration.

Dining room decorations and Christmas table setting.

Mistletoe can not be missed.

Although I do prefer rather simple decorations in most of the rooms, I still love a traditional Christmas table setting with all the trimmings.

The dining room is the only room I do love to dress up a little bit more to create that warm and cozy feeling.

Candles, candles and more candles.

Santa is welcoming you into the wine cellar.

Love that glow of candles in our library.

Less is more.

Living room mantle with candles, cones and greenery.

A group of small Christmas trees, candles and a few baubles on our living room side table.

Love the atmosphere at night brought by flickering candlelights.

Year after year I do enjoy my favourite glittering Christmas bauble.

A simple Christmas wreath, with Santa overlooking the place.

Finally, I am ending this post with the decorations at the front side of our house.

.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year !

xx
