Versatile console tables

Console tables are beautiful and versatile pieces of furniture to bring into your home interior. They are useful as side tables in your entry hall or living room and they lend themselves to be beautifully decorated. Rather large and long console tables are perfect pieces to display your preferred decorative home accessories or small antiques you are attached to.

Let’s take a look how renowned interior designers make the entire room by bringing in these stylish pieces of furniture.

I absolutely love this long ‘Biltmore Console’ by Rose Tarlow. Rose shows us how to decorate this console in different ways.

Belgian decorator Walda Pairon  knows as no other how to create a very cozy and charming space by displaying the most versatile objects on a console table.

Love the idea of having a simple decorated console table in an entry hall as here in a Richmond home project by British interior designer Rose Uniacke.

In one of her projects, Belgian interior designer Ilse Geerts of Anthracite Interieurs brought in a beautiful long Chinese altar table to use as a console table.

Nice to see how this draper table is presented as console.

Even though this table here is only decorated with that vase with a simple branch, it makes a great decor in combination with the decorative mural technique behind. Obviously Axel Vervoordt.

This picture of a console table to see on the cover of the book Interiors-Atelier AM by Alexandra & Michael Misczynski was shared around the internet.

Finally I wanted to share this picture of a gorgeous marble console table. With hanging the appropriate piece of art above your console table you can make a statement.

I must admit I am quite a fan of console tables because they really do fit in in so many places where nothing else works.
