A lot of you do know that my blog was again shortlisted for this year’s Amara Interior Blog Awards and that I was invited to the Amara Awards Event, that took place last Thursday at the spectacular Ham Yard Hotel in London, that is one of London’s most hippie chic hotels and the perfect venue for this prestigious event.
Shortlisted bloggers of this year’s 13 categories of interior design related blogs, judges, sponsors and the Amara Team gathered together to celebrate the best in the interior blogging industry.
Unfortunately this year I wasn’t able to attend the event as these days I am so very busy running our business.
I was very honoured that Lefèvre Interiors UK representative Sabine Naghdi and her sweet daughter Yasmine Naghdi offered me to represent Belgian Pearls at the event. They both updated me with pictures and messages on the course of the evening. Very appreciated !

No, Belgian Pearls did not win the Award, but I feel so very proud that my Belgian colleague blogger Patricia Goijens, author of the blog NO GLITTER NO GLORY won the award in the category of Best European Interior Blog !
